It could be that with their new much higher ambitions they shifted focus and let go couple of players capable of developing in good players. As example, right back Ryan Barrett was highly thought of and on the verge of their first team at the start of last season and now they decided to let him leave on a free transfer.. Norwich's decision to let Reeece McAlear leave is one that sets alarms of and sounds as a big mistake on their part. I watched him play a lot for both Norwich U-23's and Inverness CT.
