Popular Post SiJ
Tbf, I thought he did a pretty decent job in the second half of the season. Still - I feel like we need a bit more pace and legs up top.
Guest DoesJackHunt
Didn’t rate him at first but he had some really good games in the second half of the season and scored a few. I do think we need some new strikers though so I’m not that disappointed.

Popular Post mogbad
No great loss for me, far too inconsistent. 18
Quickly Kevin
Really thought he might rip the division up after that hat trick. Did put in some good performances but didnt reach that level again. Just hope we have a good replacement for him.
WAWAWUTO17
He was 3rd choice and if Windass was fit he would have been 4th. No loss for me. We need a young striker.

Kew Owl
We need to start introducing younger, faster and fitter players to the team. Did OK for us, but time to move on and think long term
MSN SYSOP
A quick fast striker and a battering ram striker like Steve Howard at his best needed
WhiteOwl91
All depends on who walks through the door to replace him. Have to assume the club and DM are confident they can improve, so maybe not a bad sign 2
striker
Thought he did ok in the second half of the season. Although never really a regular starter, so maybe the writing was on the wall.
Maddogbob
Best of luck to him. Thought he did well in patches last year. Hope he can continue his redemption in the UK. Certainly no hard feelings from me.
andytrig
Not disappointed but no doubt he'll go elsewhere and be brilliant.
0114
Not too disheartened. I thought he was abysmal up to the Doncaster game and in all fairness finished the season quite strong. Thought Moore may have kept him, but if we are aiming for a top 2 finish it’s pretty apparent our striker department needs an upgrade. Turned out to be a much better signing that I thought he would. Sefton owl
Meh. So with this, Windass being made of biscuits, Patterson proving he can’t hit a barn door - and Gregory linked with Middlesbrough; not looking great I have to say. When was the last time we took a punt on someone in the lower leagues?
SallyCinnamon
If it means we are going to sign a better replacement, then fair enough. But disappointing if not. Think he’d be worth another year.
WalthamOwl
Did okay in the 2nd half of the season. Would have been happy with him staying, not the end of the world that he won’t be though. Hopefully a few more will be following him.

Owls2k
Should have been utilised more in the second half of the season. NML's inclusion in front of him was bizarre. That said, I'm fine with this dependant on what we bring in.
