What about physios who have to deal with blood from cuts?

OK.....Instant yellow card for anyone taking to the football field wearing gloves (who is not a GK....physios and medical staff, ground staff, children under 10 in winter, snooker referees, baseball catchers, Michael Jackson Tribute acts and auto mechanics)

Instant red card for mime artists though.

Fifa & Uefa cronies become unpaid volunteers

Every club has the same budget

Cup participation optional

Cricket style centrally contracted International players

Scrap penalties

No holds barred in the box

Offsides only in the box

No passing back into your own half

Shot clock

3rd officials can verbally abuse managers

Freekick to the b*locks, if a player is caught diving

Commentators 3 match ban, for use the of the term 'There Was Contact'

Ban all scouse broadcasting teams

1. Hard cap salary caps.

2. Clock stops every time the game is not actively in play.

3. All last minute game switches get approval from fans to stop stupid kick off times with late notices.

4. Independent regulator which governs football.

5. Better in depth owner and regulatory checks for potential club owners.

6. 50+1 rule for fan ownership of all football clubs.

Not sure about this, I don't see how devaluing the domestic competitions would improve things.

It will stop Pep & Klopp flouncing about fixtures, with their tiny squads

Yes..  mic the Ref's....  and put it on over the tannoy system.

Potentially for VAR, again similar to rugby/crickets use of technology.

Otherwise the mic isn't for me.

But I'd love to see the respect for refs like in rugby and only captains speaking to refs

0 points for a draw

A non televised Super League, with no reentry into the Prem

That's tough shiit for them though, not sure why you'd want to give them what they want.

I'm not being totally serious with all of these suggestions

Except the b*llock kicking diving rule

Fair enough, I just don't like the 'throwing the towel in' type stuff that ultimately would make football worse ie "Wish they'd all F off to the Super League".

A lot of the issues with the game, around sportsmanship are merely a reflection of society these days.

We applaud when a player shows signs of good sporting behaviour, because it's no longer the norm, much like in society we applaud small acts of kindness with 'likes and shares' when it should just be the norm.

A hard line approach on the pitch for diving, time wasting and general poor behaviour would be a really good start. As well as the press asking players and managers directly after games to explain their actions during the games to embarrass them to stop with the play acting.

Stop the players pre match hand shake.

Used to love it when players came sprinting out the tunnel towards the crowd to a big roar.

Great shout this. Players can have a hand shake after the game

Some sort of budget for salaries, no business can survive long term where wages are over 100% of turnover.

Somewhere along the line it goes wrong and the football creditor rules means inevitably its the smaller business connected to the Clubs who suffer the most.

Easy, any player apart from the captain that bothers the ref yellow card
