Popular Post @owlstalk
Gotta say we are seeing this more and more in football now and it always looks fantastic when done properly Obviously not when a lone lad just chucks a smoke bomb onto the side of the pitch, but when it’s done big time and they light up the stands and the (blue obvs) smoke is bellowing then it’s genuinely fantastic to see Football isn’t going to get rid of it either Im not condoning or promoting this or suggesting anyone does it - it’s against the stadium rules and probably the law too BUT So why don’t SWFC monetise it and start selling them in the megastore? 4 12 Owlstalk Shop
HIGHERSTATE
Yea im coming round to it a bit. Best bit was the little bloke at Everton with his litter picker and his basket to put them in. And Richarleson chucking it back in the crowd. I'm a bit annoyed the the mrs' family has been calling smoke bombs flares tho.

The megastore would become the football version of a "head" shop.

Luke
Looks good at fa cup finals or European cup games with massive crowds Doesn't quite have the same effect when drawing 1 1 in front of 2000 fans at crewe

Megastore assistant: Three blue smoke bombs? That's 30 quid please. (Punter hands over cash and starts walking away). Megastore assistant: By the way mate, it's illegal to take them in to the ground but cheers for the 30 quid!!!

Leaping Lannys Perm
Anyone remember the game away at Leicester where the two sets of fans were throwing them at each other, whilst lit. That was fun to be in the crowd with your seven year old daughter. They also stink to high heaven and are quite acrid if one is let off close to you. Imagine a whole stand of that.
Tamworthowl
If the aim is to increase megastore turnover… …we all know that the atmosphere at away games is vastly superior to home matches. Why? Because a much higher proportion of fans have been on the booze for hours, but also because a large number are off their heads on coke. The megastore should seize the opportunity and set up a counter selling a range of illicit drugs. Could have a mobile pop-up store set up each fortnight outside the away turnstiles.
DIPPS_S.W.F.C
Sell em at mega store?? Not even allowed to take a bloody flag(on a pole)in ground.. See Newcastle have mega flags in ground all game, dont get the restrictions at Hillsborough sometimes, needs sorting...And while I'm at it sort away fans out in lower Lepp and open triangle for bigger games DC,oh and pitch and scoreboard and Presto roof and old new old badge... UTO...
