Shithousery

Recommended Posts

At every throw in they had last night it took an age to get the ball back in to play and wasting time was obviously part of their game plan.

A yellow card or two early on would have put a stop to it but the referee was too weak and let them get away with it.

There was nearly 12 minutes injury time last night. We got much more than what was allotted. Any team in a winning position would do the same and Sunderland played more football than Wycombe. Not comparable. We simply weren’t good enough over the two legs

3 mins in the first half, despite them having players laying down with a poorly tummy or something for significantly more than that on 4 occasions.

The keeper held the ball for 18 seconds. No recourse.

Prichard kicked the ball away, right in front of the refs nose... and I don't mean nudged it; he launched it from the half way line to the goal line.  clo recourse.

He wasn't the only one. They did it repeatedly.

3 minutes was a joke.

In the second half, there was a head injury that caused the play to stop for 10 minutes. The added time was 10 minutes. So, nothing at all was added for the goals, substitutions, or any of the other shithousery.

It's time to make football a 60 minute game, and stop the clock every time the ball goes out of play. Games would still finish around the same time, but these shithousing cheats would soon stop their embarrassing antics if it means they're getting no advantage.

They’d still do it because it still slows the game down and stops any momentum from the opposition.

There was 10 mins added time due to injuries, mainly the ones to Hutch and Wright. In added time there were 4 substitutions which is another 2 mins to add on, plus the ref was entitled to have added extra as Clarke deliberately took about 2 minutes to amble off the pitch. He could have added more for their timewasting and excessive goal celebrations.

I think he should have added at least another 5 minutes to the 10 mins of added time.
