Utterly Embarrassing

Anyone who wants to stick by this manager after those 2 sh1tshow of a play off semi must be deluded.

70 minutes tonight we were dishes up utter dross of punt it long football, it didn’t work for the first ten, and it didn’t work for the next 60. We were crying out for pace pretty much from the start, and no action came from the bench.

Wingbacks in our own half - not shutting down from the top, no outball, and when the ball was won up top - our midfielders were back in our own half. the only time we had any luck was when we actually moved into the final third and our wingbacks were higher up the park.

Game management shocking, tactically shocking - get him out.

He also brought Palmer on to do what he does best...daydream, not a clue where his man was despite having time to look over his shoulder.

100%

Was speaking to a friend who's a Manchester United fan yesterday, he's an actual fan (or was) and had a season ticket for 10 years, stopped going a couple of years ago due to personal circumstances. Anyway, he told me yesterday he doesn't care about them anymore, says he's given up because the players have. A good example of the entitlement you were talking about. They're 6th in the Premier League ffs.

And it's being routinely treated like a disaster on the scale of a club being relegated in three consecutive seasons, losing their stadium and going bankrupt.

I agree with you on the ageing squad but with some shrewd additions I think we have the nucleus of a promotion team… it’s the injuries that worry me the most

Let’s hope so - would love to see some younger legs.  To an extent the injuries come as a result of too many older players.

Think I’ll come back on here tomorrow. Too many knee jerk posters tonight.

My knee has been jerking for many months.  Moore never has a plan B.  Not up to it. Should have gone months ago. DC has lost interest so we will be left with another season of Moore. With this squad we should be Automatics.

Who would you choose as our next manager

What salary are we paying and how does that compare with the rest of the league?

What’s our transfer budget and wage budget and how does that compare to the rest of the league?

Who would apply or be interested?
Are we prepared to approach another club and pay a release fee?

What length of contract are we offering?

It’s hard to say without knowing the answers to these questions but as a starter for 10 I’d hope to appoint someone with more promotions than relegations on their CV.

My 7 year old is in bed crying. Why did I do this to him? Why couldn't I tell him to just support Liverpool or City like half his mates. Have I been a bad parent for projecting my love of Wednesday onto him?

Blame falls squarely on Moore for this season imo, and i don't ever want to see Mendez Laing in a Wednesday shirt again.

Character building.

Ultimately his negativity has failed us this season.

Do we really want another one like this as he’s not gonna learn ??

Not a gut reaction but id sack him now.

Flipping heck. Give it a rest!

Not his biggest fan but he’s done a pretty decent job tbf. S6 is a fortress again. Sort out away tactics next season and he’ll do fine. Well respected manager who will bring in decent players. Better than an old dinosaur. He’ll also have the best chance of keeping some of our better players here!

Best home record in football league.

Most goals scored in 2022.

He certainly isn't a negative manager!

Stop talking sense, or they will be after you.
