Atmosphere today - how was it near you?

What’s interesting for me is that the ground, concourses etc, around and about, looked absolutely packed to the rafters with 33k in the ground. Does beg the question of how we coped in the mid to late 80’s with 50k in the ground. South Stand concourse at HT was ridiculous.

One of the big differences was the number of people the kop held  , I don't know the exact number but it was well in excess of 20k
