Owls Legend stays in his role

Great news,  until he gets an offer to return to Chesterfield or Swindon.

I work in Swindon and they despise him. Not sure why, don't really care he is a Wednesday legend and that's all that matters 🙂

I know what you mean though he does seem to bounce around the same clubs. Must have been Oldham boss multiple times.

Yeah he’s left more ships than Captain Jack Sparrow.  I expect he will do the same next season too either by choice or otherwise.  Legendary player for the owls tho

If you Include his co-caretaker role and caretaker role

he’s managed Oldham 6 times

that must be a record for any one getting re-appointed as manager

Weird with Sheridan.

At one point he looked like a bright young(ish) up and coming manager.

Just seems to have a loyalty to absolute train wreck clubs.

Mentioned in another thread a few weeks ago that I wanted him as manager when Irvine was sacked. Looking back if we did go for him the mind the gap season would probably never have happened. There must be some reason he keeps getting jobs though.

He’s one of those marmite managers isn’t he? As somebody said, Swindon fans don’t like him and neither do Plymouth fans, although he stayed there two seasons and got them in the L2 play offs in his second. Always came across in the media as a miserable sod unfortunately.
