Its to do with circulation space, emergency ingress and egress, which for us they have deemed can't exceed more than 1K.

yet sunderland had 2000 sat there a few months ago.

Stick the Port Vale fans in the upper tier; the Plymouth fans can sit in the lower tier; the Peterborough fans can be squeezed in the North Stand; the Preston fans can sit in the Grandstand... No idea where the Las Palmas fans will be sitting but we're working on it.

He’s bound to be here with his foooking bell. If I were a steward I’d remove the clapper thing from it!

Then it’d just be  the terrible play up Pompey chant to get annoyed about
