royalowlisback
Why couldn't we put them in the bottom of the away end, and let us have more in the top part?

Owl in Manc
and we have averaged around 23500 at home all season!
niallzi
It's all the rubbish about how many people can be "safely accommodated" within the stand which sadly isn't reflective of the number of seats. Its to do with circulation space, emergency ingress and egress, which for us they have deemed can't exceed more than 1K.

bradowl
So many comments wrong in this thread. Bottom tier of Lepps only as just over 1,000 seats. We're not playing Plymouth. And Port Vale have sold 3,100 tickets.

It’s to do with encroachment and fans running on the pitch. If they have the bottom they can easily get on the pitch. That then leads to home fans going on and filling them in. Recipe for trouble so it’s negated by putting them in the upper tier.
