FLEETWOOD -V- WEDNESDAY - OMDT

I know it was a team struggling down the wrong end, but they've got to build on that comeback tonight.

Yes, Fleetwood are down there, fighting for their lives, but there was massive pressure on our lads (a large part brought on by themselves) and they managed to turn it around and did so in style.

Point being that they can turn a game around when the going gets tough if they really want to, even against a team who are direct, time wasting etc.

If we do get in the play offs, then there is a fair chance we are going to face some adversity. Tonight we showed we can cope with it at an absolutely critical moment of the season...

I didn't think we could do it, but we did.

Six months ago we struggled to do what we did tonight. Hopefully they have proved something to themselves and they carry it through to the end of the season.

Just think about what we've just seen for a minute.

Good start and an early goal.

Defensive errors and suddenly 2-1 down. This for a while would be game over.

Came out for the second half, and attacked. Fleetwood coped quite well defensively until that 40 seconds or so happened.

But the team tonight didn't give up, weren't the clueless headless chickens we're probably expecting to see.

Johnson showing he wasn't happy to be subbed, I love that. But great to see Windass back, and with a bit of sharpness could've had a couple tonight.

That's a massive win tonight, and hopefully will give the team a massive lift in confidence, going into the last game and hopefully the play offs.

Isn’t that just because it’s a lower league? I still think we have a soft underbelly!

We can only improve our failings currently at the level we are at and we have done to a certain extent.

What an utterly ridiculous game.

Dragged to victory by Gregory, that performance summed up why we signed him. While others struggled with the pitch, the physicality and the pressure, he just stuck at it, led the line superbly and dug out three goals.

Key thing is obviously that it's now in our hands for Saturday - win and 4th is ours. A play-off semi final with the second leg at home is far more than I expected before the start of the season, I'll be honest.

Sorry I’m missing something 😀

He dropped Berahino after a hat trick.

He dropped Dunkley and Dele-B after good performances last game.

He has a habit of dropping players who have done well.

I'm expecting Gregory to be replaced by Windass on Saturday.

Oh, and Patterson to keep his place.

He didn't drop Berahino after his hat trick

Dele is coming back from a long lay off, looked absolutely knackered. And most would say that Byers, Luongo, Bannan is our best combination.

Show me the evidence he dropped Berahino after a hat trick.

Berahino started the next game, why do people still believe he was dropped
