Sambo89
How many other sides can be 3 up after half an hour and still have to hang on for the win? Never boring is it. 5
Blatter
Definitely a phew result but a great result won by a brilliant Bannan goal. Must say it’s a result I didn’t expect tonight and leaves us very nicely placed with a game in hand over some of the rivals who play each other on Tuesday.
Buck Rogers
I've never seen 10 minutes added time anywhere ever. 8. 9, yes. But 10?? I thought 5 would be pushing it. Not like we were time wasting. Unbelievable Jeff.

I half expected it to end 3-2 just so it can be said that Bannan’s goal was the ‘winning goal’ (and it’s Wednesday so was always going to be stressful)
marconi
Thought I was going to end up like Marlon Dingle. The joys of being a Wednesdayite. .

striker
I was expecting the worst, but in truth they didn't have many opportunities, other than a really good free kick tbh. 10 minutes injury time was a pisstake though.
SouthRustyOwl
The injury to Mo Eisa took 5 minutes alone, it was always going to be 10+ minutes added.

It was a good win against a team on a run, they looked dangerous and deserved their second goal,a cracker of a free kick...if the game had gone on much longer i would have fancied them to get another, but it didnt. TOO close for comfort but a wins a win...............

parajack
Great away win against an in form side still leaves us needing to keep winning to stand still.....with other teams largely winning who are at the races with us,we need to win WW really....not sure a draw will be enough if Sunderland keep winning.. Anyone done a number crunch?
