Quickly Kevin
Hypothetical situation. UK a dry country and no access to booze of any sort. Would you still go to matches home and away or would you lose interest? Do you any go because of pre match boozing ? I would still go but interested to see who wouldnt. areNOTwhatTHEYseem
Yeah. I've driven to games plenty of times, so not drank.
JemmoJemoJemmo
Wouldn’t effect me on home matches, away matches might lose some appeal. The pre match drink is part of the day.
HOOTIE AND THE SHIT TU
I'd still go, I only have a drink when my son drives, he's stayed in Sheffield to visit his mate for the last couple of games so we've taken two cars, which means I can't drink, we just get to the ground a bit later. Just a bloke, who used up all his luck in one go when he met his wife.
Five Archers
I don’t drink so it wouldn’t be a problem, still enjoy the atmosphere in the pub pre match though
DSandersonOWL
I think it is more important to have no boos. (Directed at our players!) 1
moyaowl
I'd still go. I drive up from Stoke so it wouldn't really be a change in that respect for me.

Sultan_Pepper
I live a hundred miles from the ground and drive every time I go. Wouldn't change anything for me but I can see it's a big part of the match day for a lot of people

Popular Post Mr. Tom
In fact I’d add to the above, it always seems an absolutely mad place to get boozed up to me. £25+ on the door, dreadful beer served badly at hugely inflated prices, normally freezing cold, nowhere to sit down with your beer so you have to stand around on a pissy bit of concrete, surrounded almost exclusively by red-faced old lads trumping like it’s going out of fashion, and you miss half the actual match queuing up. Literally almost anywhere else that serves pints is a better place to buy and drink one. 6

Anthndav
As someone that has not had a drink for nearly 5 months. Certainly!

Mosborough-owl
I must say.. i don’t know if I’d stop completely, but It would defo put me off. I don’t touch drink until sat, then on sat, I let my self enjoy a day off and have a good drink and meet my pals in pub. So if that was taken away, then yeah, it wouldn’t probably put me off if I’m been honest.
royalowlisback
I can't drive properly unless I've had a good drink, so it would probably put me off. I'm joking, I can't even drive!!!!

Rev Owl
Definitely. Probably go to more away games too. Small minority of boozed up fans are enough to put me off. 2
