Doctor Duran
https://tradingeconomics.com/thailand/wages 14655 THB = £330. This is the average - I'd imagine in business around Bangkok etc it will be higher, but the coastal areas will drag the average down. I know people who work in the glass industry and they average about £650 per month, with a manager/engineers earning around £800-£1k.
Nero
That £550 a week must include happy ending.
FightLikeAGirl
That's Chansiri-esque mental pricing.
Kew Owl
If people stopped being prepared to pay these silly prices, prices would quickly come down. Its basic economics - the law of supply and demand. Prices find their own level, for some it’s a high price, for others it’s not.
