Helped screw this club up.

Sod what he's doing now.

he really did…had 2 good seasons (the seconded ended badly might I add) & 1bad one but we’ve never recovered from the bad 1!!!

carlos and chansiri are just as bad as the people in charge of us in the late 90’s but people still blow smoke uk their backsides. They’d rather blame Tony Pulis and Gary monk inherited a bucket of poo let’s be honest!!

Some people are just suited to certain things and certain situations and certain places. Before he came to us he wasn’t employed. Now, due to his success (relatively) in the UK he’s back home doing very well. Hope it continues for him.

Time to move on from the 'Carlos wrecked us' thing.

I think someone mentioned jilted lovers, which is funny.

It's years ago! No one's getting hired and coming to a club with the aim of ruining it.

We get dead personal with stuff. Like we struggle to separate the people and the performance.

Imagine going to work, things not working out, and your legacy within the company was that you helped ruin it.

Football is barmy.

Enjoy your sens!

correct…Not one Wednesday fan can deny this!!

i know a couple of people who work for the club and it was a well known fact that the players had gym memberships paid for by the club and they were expected to do fitness in their own time.

This is my view on Carlos

The transformation of the club at the time was exciting

we went from a team doing nothing to genuine promotion contenders playing the best football a large part of our fan base has ever seen or remember

Carlos was our stylish leader and it all felt so good

end year two the Huddersfield playoffs and the season that followed the novelty had gone injuries was piling up board room Mistakes not turning over and selling players when we should and the quick fall pursued

msybe Carlos should have been our second manager

it was almost a fairy tail ending but it wasn’t to be

his management style brought us both the best times in our modern history but also we felt short and the hindsight tells us his training methods were suspect and injuries occured

that said Carlos left years ago new players have gone and gone and we still get excessive injuries to players that never worked under Carlos

in short

thanks for two great years where I was yet again proud to be an owl

But in the words of Darren Moore we move

Rubbish.

What set us back years is tying players down to fat long term contracts so we couldn’t move them on, getting in embargo’s every summer so we couldn’t freshen up the squad, being in a constant battle with the EFL which eventually led to a devastating points deduction.

That too

But with the players he got his lack of discipline, training and fitness strategy and how he handled returns from injury set us back years

This has been proven

And also confirmed by ex players
