Unbalanced from the start, regained balance took control then gave control away by bringing on a player that has little head movement, no awareness of what is going on around him and is a complete ball watcher. The other players appear reluctant to pass the ball to him as well. Win your home games and draw your away. So we have to win Saturday to put things right. Against Gillingham we need some to run in behind and stretch play, otherwise their centre halves will camp on the halfway line. This will condense play in our half meaning our midfield doesn't get going and the defence will come under pressure from high balls which our keeper is terrified of.
