Popular Post The Hoppy Hopper
I went to see Scarborough’s phoenix club play Whitby in the North Riding Senior Cup last night as part of a little break on the coast. The original Football League team folded, but after a few years in Bridlington the new team are now back in Scarborough and on the up. I would love to see this as a preseason friendly for the under 23s. Money in the bank for Scarborough, good work out for the under 23s against a Northern Premier team and a brilliant day out for the fans. gazzatheowl
Our under 23s/18s have played here once maybe twice. Unfortunately there is more of an affinity between Boro and blunts so they’ve been here quite often and actual played in the first ever game at flamingoland stadium. Since Scarborough Athletic have been back in Scarborough I’ve only been three times because I’ve lost all enthusiasm since the original team folded. ANDY
Pitch looks lush compared to our million pound super pitch.

I’d like to see us building relationships with these sort of clubs.

Same level as York City, at least for now. York in the play-offs themselves.
