royalowlisback
Turning to sleet around teatime, then rain. Dry and sunny all day Friday, Sunny intervals and breezy on Saturday, think the pitch should be alright, but so much to needing to dry the pitch out first! That's your weather report, remember to send your pictures to Royalowl the Weatherman.

Met Office loses BBC weather forecasting contract http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-34031785 I use the Met app as it’s better. A few years ago the govt told the BBC to drop the Met and go elsewhere “to promote competition” (aka cost cutting cos the licence fee ain’t going up).
@owlstalk
For what I do with one of my businesses finding sunshine is critical I use Met Office, BBC and Apple Weather None of them are bang on (apple seems worst) but Met Office is best one Owlstalk Shop
punkskaphil
As I remember it, after one particular summer where the BBC's forecasts were so inaccurate it was laughable, they got so many complaints from the public that the next contract was put out to tender instead of just being awarded to the Met Office as usual. theowlsman
The southern shandy drinkers, otherwise known as Charlton Though? or Charlton Pathetic, won't like playing in the cold north. Should be 4-0 at least, especially taking into consideration the other factor i.e. they're crap.

Sultan_Pepper
There's a website and app called weather&radar. No idea where they get their rainfall/satellite data from but it's so accurate you can watch the rain clouds move on the app and I can plan my dog walks around the gaps in the rain
