Momentum is there, getting players back is crucial, and to be honest we need to playing 50% of all games on a decent pitch.

we have 8 at home 6 away inc our rivals for worst pitch in the football league fleetwood .so only 5 games with have football playable pitches out our last 14 games . 9 of those games will be a lottery as both pitches are lost causes for this season.

I suspect the pitch would have been unplayable anyway.

It was a mudbath in their last home game 2 weeks ago.

It's taken on a lot of water since then.

They won't have chance to get it right after the battering it's had the last few days.

Just as well it's off, as playing on a swamp would have been a lottery with the risk of more injuries.

Let's hope with better weather this week, we can get Hillsborough in a decent condition for Saturday.

Don't forget the next match is at Hillsborough, decent pitch doesn't come into the equation.

That's why I say 50% 🙂

Apologies. But if we are to be mega-pedantic only 42.857% of our remaining games are away, so 50% looks optimistic.

Not "we".
