Bagged 2 yesterday I think? Just come back from another long injury lay off.

Sadly he is probably not going to be the Premier League striker he should have been at 28/29.

But what a talent. Might look back on his career and think he could have achieved a lot more. He had it all - strength, power, quick over 5 yards, could fashion a chance out of nowhere, very good finisher, good footballing brain. Focus and injuries let him down.

I’d far rather invest in somebody in an upward curve that’s not got an abysmal injury record.

If we go up and Sunderland don’t, I’d go for Ross Stewart.

20 goals already. 25 years old. Big target men like him always tend to develop later. He’s not just a big man, good technique as well.

Im hoping we are done with injured crocks with a bad attitude - regardless of the talent.

If a player doesn’t have the right attitude and a good fitness record we shouldn’t even get as far as assessing their ability - just say no.

Yeah, he a quality player is Joao.

Shame about the injuries and what not.

Too good to be playing for a team near the bottom of the Championship though. Should be playing in a team competing for the top 6 imo were it not for those length spells out.
