Doesn't appear to be the finance there to be much more than bottom half/mid-table. Yeah, they had a good debut PL season, but they aren't that good imo. The danger is that Leeds get a manager more suited to their resources. Bielsa would be fine at City or Chelsea, but Leeds will never have the resources to play they way he wants to.
