Rock bottom (ish)
Cheap

Potential to buy and grow
Big fanbase

Easy wins regarding getting fans on board and increasing goodwill amongst fanbase = more income

etc etc

Lots of easy wins buying our club

Spot on - if you are buying the finished article you are looking at £100million look at Southampton and that wasn't for 100% of the club. The potential is large we just need an owner with a business plan that can see us fulfil the potential

Southampton just went for £100m, and Derby supposed to be £50m.

We have worse facilities and a worse league position (although Derby probably down).

A fair price in the current climate is £25-30m.

Would be amazed if he sells for that

If only it were true and we could look forward to a brighter day.

In some ways I do worry that we are in such a terrible state that anyone stupid enough to buy us probably knows so little about football that they really shouldn’t be buying a club!

Bit like wouldn't want to be in a club that would have me as a member

Who in their right mind would touch us?

Ffs we are a busted flush

He might do a deal for that with addons, like the ones he's been lumbered with

Payments for hitting certain milestones, promotions, playoffs etc

No way will dc sell at a reduced price

At best we are worth 20 million

League 1 club ,transfer embargo,no ground

DC will want at least 5 times that

Ain't happening

At best we will get investment from someone

Followed mr Ian Allen for quite a while he has got quite a few things correct and some wrong ? Sometimes deals fall through at the last minute? Let’s see and pray he correct? One thing is dc should have the green light to spend again this summer as long as he’s paid all the wages until end of season. Now has he got to a point where hes thinking do I really want to spend any more or sell up? The fans will want expect him to invest after all the dramatics he’s said about not being allowed to in the past? So sell up before he has to make the decision to twist or stick in the summer??
