Flat Owl
What the **** is going there? 1/2 the ground in Wales and the other half in England. Breaking Welsh Covid rules and being threatened with allsorts by the Welsh for playing in front of spectators.
mildatheart67
New Saints as they are now called are a Welsh side but who play in England so I guess opposite applies
Beighton Owl 87
The ground is right on the border most of the fans live in England and are following the guidelines set by our government.
mildatheart67
Just had a look.. I believed the whole main stand was in England as it is there's a bare fraction of the stand in England the rest is wholly in Wales
Ever the pessimist
Reminds me of when I was younger, pub near my Nan in north Wales could only serve one half of the bar on Sunday due to different rules in counties.
owl_83
Only a fraction is in England but the address is in England. The entire pitch is in Wales. As they are an English club though, they are not due any financial help. It's a bit of a mess really. The dotted line is the border and Wales is on the left.
bradowl
I'd tell Welsh government to do one if they're not receiving any financial help because they play in a English league.
