Gob_Bluth
Nothing is going to really change until the structure of the club is changed. As a club we seem to breed failure and apathy Sure we might get short term results by replacing the manager, but long term that's just cutting one head off the hydra and two more will grow back in it's place

If DM went today, I wouldn't shed any tears. My real concern is that his replacement wouldn't be any better, and may even be worse. And whatever people say, there are definitely worse managers than Darren Moore out there. There seems to be a school of thought that all we need is a new manager to re-ignite our season. But any new manager would inherit the same problems Moore has. But he might play players in their proper positions and might be able to motivate them better. It's a mighty difficult job. Someone might be capable. Chansiri MIGHT even get summat right one day. Philb125
I really don't know who fixes this rabble and what any manager we could attract does. A normal manager that is needed that has experience of building winning teams at this level on a budget is what I would want, but I'm fairly certain that any of those would fail to manage the group of highly paid players that we have. CircleSeven
There won’t be a new manager coming in this season IMO. DM has the next three games to save his job. Assuming we lose all three he’ll be on his way just as the transfer window closes. At that point Thompson will be given the caretaker job and we will drift along towards a mid table finish. Then some random appointment is made in the close season and we cross our fingers they are a bit better. The only way things will be any different is if Luongo and Windas stay fit. Which I can’t see happening but you never know. Then we might get something out of the next three games and DM stays with us for a bit longer.
