I could cope with the manager being sacked if that's what had to happen I could cope with that I could cope with Chansiri making a change to try and ignite the season I could I could cope with it But I know for a 100% FACT that I could not cope with what would come next First it would be the 'Big's that are suggested by our fans "Big Sam" "Big Ron" "Big Jim" "Big Mick" Then it would (as it always does) move onto Why not give it Waddle? He knows the club Why not give it John Sheridan? He knows the club Why not give it Ryan Lowe? He knows the club Why not give it xxxxxxxxxxx insert ex player here xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ? He knows the club Then it would be Why not give Neil Warnock the job till the end of the season Give it Holloway till the end of the season Then we'd get "Paul Cook would jump at the chance to come" That's bad enough But then we'd also get stuff like.... Several reasons why it wont happen. A. It makes perfect sense B. Chansiri probably isn`t even aware of his record/availability C. Not sure Warnock would want to work with Chansiri D. The fans................they put the kybosh on it when Milan wanted him cus he made a joke or summat about 20 years ago whilst , i think I`m right in saying , attending an event in his own free time for a testimonial for a Sheffield Wednesday player. One to discuss the manager and the other one for constructive discussions about anything else. I greatly respect Warnock's record as a manager and up to 5 years ago would have sorted this mess, but his time has gone (Milan should have ignored the fans). Those were the words of my mother who was born during WW1 and lived and worked throughout the blitz years of WW2 in Sheffield. Thing is, he wasn't actually doing any better in the Championship with 'Boro than Moore is doing with us in L1. If DM went today, I wouldn't shed any tears. My real concern is that his replacement wouldn't be any better, and may even be worse. And whatever people say, there are definitely worse managers than Darren Moore out there. There seems to be a school of thought that all we need is a new manager to re-ignite our season.
