Shrewsbury Town - Wednesday - OMDT

Recommended Posts

Isn't it about time we accept the fact that this 3-5-2 experiment hasn't worked?

Yes, we had a little purple patch before the enforced break, but we look utterly clueless in this set up.

Defence are all over the place, wingbacks who, by and large, can't defend or attack particularly well. Midfield light as a feather.

Strikers with no pace, penetration.

Who knows, perhaps it doesn't matter how you set them up, particularly if Darren Moore is the one coaching them.

Shrewsbury haven't lost at home since August.

Oh well, that explains the rubbish we’re being subjected to!  Shrewsbury are a poor side we we are comfortably second best.  I’m certainly not expecting to win every game, but our performance levels can be an absolute disgrace at times.

********. Irrespective of the goal, that was dogshit. Positionally all over the place, none of them look bothered, wants the ball and created fizz all going forward.

Let's be fair, Shrewsbury are poo , but deserve to be leading

No chance of this team creating enough to win this game. Surely we are about to play out the last 45 minutes of Moore's tenure.

Is this all part of the "deeper problems" that's been mentioned by the 2 previous managers?

Deeper problems - excuses for their crap management. Club is full of issues, as many are. Difference is the caliber of managers we have had with a indifferent level of support from the chairman.

I don’t know what else people are expecting.

I totally agree with all the posters on here that say we can’t possibly expect to compete with Shrewsbury after the last few years we’ve had.

we might have a £20m age bill compared to the £2m wage bill they’ve got but still - give Moore time!

Wages don’t guarantee success. True we could’ve signed any League One player we wanted but Moore was just unlucky and chose the wrong ones.

Give him time!

have a day off

Same as usual, look more interested in trying to match and stop the oppos rather than taking the game to them and having a go.

Turgid tactics from a defensive manager who canna get that right.

Go 4-4-ffing - 2, with two wingers and go for it you clown

Are we still blaming moore having covid and the team needing time to gel

Just want to know where we are at with happy clappers who backed Moore and told us all how they knew more about football than the people who said moore was poo 5 months ago
