WBridgfordowl
Another very worrying set of results for a Championship Club - £38.4M loss! Will be interesting to see what action the EFL will take and if they'll be lenient in view of Covid https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59797491

SiJ
They've sold a few on for decent money too. Think they got around 20 million for Webster (CB)?

Putney
No need for the EFL to take action. Clubs are allowed to make up to a £39m loss over a rolling three year period, Bristol City are at a £35.9m loss. Unfortunately for Bristol City their profitable season is at the other end of the three year period so they’ll have to sell players soon.

Willie Henderson
Likely the next carrot chasing team not quite making the leap of faith and tumbling into league one. In not too long the high spending, points deducted teams filling up league one will mean league one will be much better football than the championship, which will be full of lower income teams who would normally sink but can sit tight, safe in the knowledge that a few teams gambles won't pay off. They’re going to have a hell of a job trying to cut costs in the current year if they’re going to try and stave of penalties. Must be all but impossible to chop £3m/month out of their business

Yep .........add to that 7 million for Aden Flint , 9 million for Josh Brownhill , 13 million for Lloyd Kelly , 10 million for Bobby Reid and 6 million for Joe Bryan. Thats £65 million they have received in the last 4 years and they have still recorded a £38 million loss , just f***in staggering !!

TheBoyBeevers
Another team that will get pinged for chasing the dream in due course. Easy to see a Championship over the next season or two where there could be a string of teams all carrying deductions, it’s an absolute mess.
