Buck Rogers Posted December 7, 2021 Share Posted December 7, 2021 I think food offerings at old grounds like ours are also throttled back by the facilities and equipment caterers have to deal with. I don't think any of our stands were designed with catering in mind except maybe the South? So we're pretty much limited to plugging in a not hold cabinet and a fridge in most areas that also look cramped and awkward to work in. With that in mind and as someone above said, just stick with the basics and make sure the hot stuff is hot and the cold stuff is cold.
