You are milking the comment I put on aren’t you and you are taking it way over board and it was at the people slagging of BPF about his performance but forget what he did at the start of the season .. good vibes to you though …

Not really; it just seemed out of step with your 'good vibes to all' posts to be posting about 'armchair fans'.

6 years ago to the day I lost my wife of 39 hours to a very aggressive cancer (we got married in Weston Park 2 days before she died). Diagnosed stage 4, and 4 months later gone. Aged 49. The first thing I did the very next day was to arrange bereavement counselling. It was honestly one of the best decisions I could have made.

Did I want to do it? fizz no, but I had to. I knew once I'd made the decision and arranged it that there was no turning back. I cried rivers. My world was upside down, inside out and my head was spinning like a washing machine. But that meeting made me think, made me realise.....I'm not alone. People understand, and care. And can help.

So reach out if you are in need. It's okay to feel like you are doing. Don't be ashamed. You will get through it.

In 12 days time, my first child will be two years old. That's how these stories can end if you seek the support you need.

Bloody hell mate...  you just had me in tears sat at my desk at work....  i'm not sure how i'd react in that situation but to hold it together in the very short term and do what you did, hats off and well done.

Some very brave, and honest posts. Perhaps we should reflect on this thread from time to time. Debates understandably get heated sometimes, but we don’t know what others are going through at the time they post, or we respond?

Sorry mate, I didn't mean it to have that impact and thank you for your kind words. Yes it's a sad story, but it has ended up being more than I could have expected (my son) and a lot of that is down to me seeking the support and help I needed. But also accepting that I needed that support and help, because I wasn't indestructible nor immune to mental health issues due to the circumstances.

Hi all and good vibes to everybody hope you and all your family and friends are all good , I’ve been very open about my struggles with depression and anxiety and with the news of a new wave of covid hitting us I just want to reach out to anybody who might be struggling at this time with any issues you might be having, times might be hard and times might be hard ahead but my inbox is open if anybody needs a chat about anything no matter how big or little the chat is it is better to talk than to keep it bottled up like I used to do ….

stay safe everyone and good vibes to you all and your loved ones ..WAWAW

Nice one Simon.

Be sure to keep those good vibes coming, otherwise we'll all be sunk.

Including HMSPTL.

That's good advice and what I did last year when I was furloughed for a couple of months covid was in news everywhere and it was keeping me awake at night thinking about it all time, I decided to log off Facebook and Twitter, stop watching all news channels and any news that came on radio.

Spent my time doing gardening and going on long walks, when relaxing I listened to downloaded music whilst reading.

Even now I rarely watch any news on TV and news on social media is mostly scaremongering sensationalized fake rubbish.

Most of the media is designed to suck us in with all the drama and negativity. I’m of the opinion that most of it is better ignored and if it is important I’m sure it will get to me eventually anyway.
