We are talking about HMRC here. It’s not an entirely logic based system. They don’t always kill of the first charge on their system straight away. 
Im confident it’s the same loan and not a second one. 
To be fair I was confident once I was definitely only going to fart and was wrong, so sometimes my confidence is misplaced….

what’s it got to do with HMRC ?

 

this/these are loans secured against the stadium. The info is from companies house.

The charge will be logged at Land Registry and the record is available via Companies House.

 

The first charge doesn't have to be removed and lenders often don't remove their charge when a loan is repaid. It sometimes goes unnoticed until the asset is sold.
