That's all it takes, a late winner in the 3rd tier, for you to turn against fans who have waited patiently for a refund of money they were promised would be paid months ago?! 

 

The owner is back in the country, by all accounts, let's see if he's actually man enough to address this issue. It's going to take a lot more than a 2-1 win at home against MK Dons for most fans to be appeased by the owner. 

 

The way some of our fans stick up for the multimillionaire owner, like they're closer to him than the thousands they sit amongst.

That doesn’t mean he gets carte blanche to mug supporters off. Ridiculous that some are still awaiting refunds from 2 years ago.

People still whinging about these refunds I have about 5 different businesses owing me refunds dating back to start of the pandemic. It is what it is!

what like mel morris? or the price clown at the stain whats got them 80 million in debt , took all there parachute payments for 3 seasons this season, and stuck with brewster and others on 50 grand a week contracts for 4 years , can we mention oystons at blackpool, sisco at coventry, the belgian owners at charlton , cellino at leeds, the bury , macclesfield owners , the oldham owner , the list is endless of much worse owners .

If he had done a bit more backing and paying players on time last season, we might not have got the cannot be arsed performances last season that got us relegated.

 

If he had backed the manager at the start of preseason instead of the end of preseason maybe it would not have taken 19 games to final get a team to play the full 90 minutes.

 

DC mismanagement of the club is the reason we are in the third division no one else.

People are getting refunds it’s just a handful at a time and a very slow process , it’s almost like when the team are doing good fans go onto the next thing to moan about

Some people do not have the heart to ask for their money back, but it is an individual decision. .Emotions are tied up with the club but supporters are owed money and are entitled to ask for a refund, and what is more, it was offered. Some on here have received it, so even the club agrees with refunds.

 

Somebody on here pointed out that they had used the Small Claims court and it had been relatively easy  to fill in an online form, and this led to them getting one of those telephone calls within a few weeks.

We had to many hangers on, players that weren’t good enough but the club couldn’t get rid of, luckily they cleared most of it this season Which came about from dc not being ruthless enough to sort it out

Its the club asking to be treated like a business, after calling fans "customers", then simply being aghast that the "fans" now start acting like "customers" and hold the "Business" to account

can't have it both ways Delphjon.

A bloke that been ripping the fans off for years, getting their team/business relegated in the process, then screaming "WAWAW" when we obviously aren't...."WAWAW"

those cant be bothered players are finally gone , i blame chansiri for a lot , but making lobbers like reach play like he is bothered every week aint chansiris fault , very poor recruitment down to getting very badly advised . but he is doing his best to support the manager , sunderland got new owners didnt they ,hardly getting big bucks for signings or wages are they despite they get big crowds .
