Understandable with our lack of height and defensive injury woes. Exactly this. If we had some more aerial presence then I think he’d had been subbed.

katie melua
If he remembered to bring his finishing boots to the match, we would have had 6 or 7 today. This thread would be waxing lyrical over him. He's a better forward than a centre half

We’re talking about a passenger player, we won because we were lucky, and Accrington are whank. I’m astonished that people think he deserves a starting place.

Southie_Owl
Simply Paterson isn’t a striker, it’s like asking Robbie savage to play upfront. He’s hard working and industrious but that’s it and he can only play midfield or wing back. Once Windass is fit he will start with Kamberi and score an absolute hatful. Can’t fault Callum’s commitment and effort but not fair on him to play him where he’s not very good

0742
He's not my kind of player. I don't appreciate the shïthousery, it's not what I want to see from any player. Going down easy, play acting kind of cheating, it's not good Add to that, his passes at times is shocking. He played a hooked 'pass' to brown down the left that was just lazy. Near the refreshment kiosk 4.With one arm behind his back 5.With his head down 6.Running sideways like a crab 7.Shuffling along the ground on his backside 8.Holding his ankle rolling on the floor 9.Arms outstretched towards the referee 10.Bent down tying his boot laces He is a very versatile player for us.
Morepork
Don't get the OP. Wasn't his night tonight but he's always getting opportunities, will literally play anywhere and has the ability to get under the skin of the opposites. He'd definitely be in my squad. 5
Quickly Kevin
Had a poor one today and should have been subbed. If a striker is missing sitters then sometimes it won't be their day. The hammering he gets if has a bad game is noticeable.
