We are defo in the top 10 of biggest underachievers over the last 20 years.

It's been absolutely horrendous.

we are the biggest under achievers of the lot when you consider our history, tradition, ground and size of fanbase. To continue to avearge 20,000 over the last 21 years is nothing short of a miracle, and I don't think anyone else could match it.

I live in Nottingham and went to watch them on Saturday against Solihull. They had an offer on for a fiver a ticket.

Just over 12,800 turned up and they broke the national league attendance record.

The football was good, County won 2-0 and interestingly played a 3-5-2 formation, but unlike Wednesday they seemingly had the players to make it work.

A couple of players caught my eye, the left wing back Joel Taylor and attacking midfielder Cal Roberts. Both look like they could easily play at a higher level.

I hope they can work their way back up the leagues. Round here it’s all Forest, and in that regard I’ve always felt a bit sorry for County.

I too live down this way and my son who lives with his mum in nottm goes regularly.
They will come back but they have fallen a long way.

Swindon Toenail

Wigan

Hull

Reading

Sunderland

Blackpool

Luton

all have had times worse than us at some point in the past 15 seasons.

Most of those teams have won something in the last 15 years though

Sunderland maybe.

Forest haven’t done anything since Clough

Derby - always get good crowds, not done much since Clough, broke the Premier record for lowest points.

No one does it better than us though. We’re the masters of getting a defeat from the jaws of victory

Liverpool

Man United

Arsenal

A lot of their fans genuinely think their clubs really suffer.

Bang on. My mate who supports the red scouse  genuinely reckons he's had it harder than me over the last 20 years.

I would narrow that to top 5 at least.  When you consider the size of our club and our history in the game. The last 21 seasons have been poor besides 2 in the championship and 2 in league 1.  We’ve won nothing and only got to one semi and one quarter final of the league cup in that time.

Birmingham never frighten anyone and theyre a big city club.

Ditto Bradford City.

Looking at Notts County history, they shouldnt be non league.

Yes, theres a few bigger underperformers than us but not many.

Birmingham at least have a recent league cup win and aren’t a L1 yo-yo club like we are.
