The biggest ,obvious issue overall , is again Darren Moore’s insistence on playing this back 3

There’s not a chance this system gets you promoted, he does a lot of talking about not been stuck to a 3 and he won’t be pinned down on it , but all I ever see is him putting square pegs into round holes to persist with his back 3 and wing backs

That, for me , is the root cause

I think we're playing better overall since moving to a back 3. We we hardly creating any chances with 4231.

The issue is that we've not got the players for 352. You need 2 quality wing backs for a start and we don't have any!

Yep, it’s a formation which requires specialist players to play wing back and we don’t have them. Play 4 at the back with two proper centre halves and let the full backs support the wide players. We’re expecting two out and out wingers to perform the wing back role and it’s clearly not their game. Total waste of the talent we have in the squad

Pretty much my feelings yeh

We haven’t got two proper centre-halves.

Only Dunkley.

Our back 4 would have to be:-

Hunt Palmer Dunkley Johnson

Personally I’m very happy with 352. Really don’t want to revert back to 1 up top.

Shocking statistic. It’s where football really let’s itself down some time. I sometimes think that 2 40 minute half’s with a clock that stops would be better

Unless your playing these. You’d miss the last bus home

Don’t act like we didn’t all know he wouldn’t change it …

This is a very very stubborn manager, and seems like to me his thought train is the lads are gonna play his system wether they like it or they don’t
