The disenchantment with Moore comes from not sustaining that. Last night wasn't overcomplicated, it was fairly simple, underpinned by work rate, effort, desire and enough players in the right areas of the pitch. Nut Posted November 3, 2021 Share Posted November 3, 2021 Its ridiculous that it's taken this long to get to the point where we finally play 2 forwards and a winger to supply them. He's signed loads of players then tried to fit them into different systems that don't suit them. Last night showed what a simple game it is. It's even more annoying knowing how much of the season has been wasted by trying to be clever.
