Sam Hutchinson update

Recommended Posts

Darren Moore : “He’s had a little bit of a strain because of the pitches being rock hard. It’s not settled since we got him back into training as we’d liked, but we’ve got to ease off with him a little.

We don’t want to push him back too soon.

If you push too soon, then you can lose him for longer.

We’re basically assessing him before every game - and when he’s system free then he’ll be good to go. We just don’t want to risk him”

It is strange that some of a more senior players haven't voiced their disapproval at our tactics and being played out of position

And clarifying on social media that they’re 100% fit and up for the match when they’ve been overlooked or dropped

He played centre back stayed fit for 30 games this and last season, Darren plays him central midfield gets injured the second game.

It's not ******** rocket science what the issue is, but the frozen pitch is definitely a new excuse. It's not dropped below 10 degree for the last 6 months making a frozen pitch impossible.

Where does it say frozen?  If you are going to have a go the club at least attack them for something they have said or done not just make it up.

Strawman mentality

Have you played football for a team? You do know that late summer/early autumn pitches are hard (hence “hard ground” boots aka “mouldies”)? Pitches get soft after sustained rainfall and/or snow. This is what DM is referring to.

Another Pearl of wisdom from our leader

ps don’t play him in midfield and he has a lot more chance of staying fit

Exactly this.

He hardly ever gets injured at CB. I assume SH was crucial to us playing out from the back too, and the reason for signing no other CBs and more CMs.

I understand playing him in CM when injuries dictate but then we cannot really play at all a few days later. Why can't they work this out. He needs managing. His body can only take one game a week if he has played CM.

CB he is fine two games in a week, he plays like a sweeper for us at the back, reads the game from behind and less sudden changes in direction. He's like a different player.

The thing is Sam will know about his own body, so he must get annoyed when he has to keep jeopardising his football career to play CM.

And still Hutchinson has contributed more than Luongo but it must all be a conspiracy that Hutchinson is a 'bad egg' apparently. That was down to the idiot Monk freezing players out to suit his own ego.

Play him at CB Moore you ******** moron instead of midfield where he no longer contributes. We have midfield players in abundance but Moore isn't satisfied unless he's playing players where they aren't suited.
