Ideally Moore won’t be here in January. A new manager just needs a massive donkey up front to play off and a massive donkey at the back then we can start putting these pub teams to the sword

Central midfield is our only area of real concern...and maybe another CB if Gibson/Hutchinson are injury prone.

Everything just falls apart when the ball goes up front, must be disheartening for the rest of the team when the ball is quickly defended by the opposition. We need to sort this glaring omission in the January window.

We need a ball playing centre half and a left back.

We may have what we need apart for left back and CDM but we dont play them in the right positions.

We need to play two up top as not one of our forwards can hold the ball up against 3 defenders.

We need to play 4 at the back i know its not the sexy way to do it but we are in League 1 and dont have the players to play out from the back.

We need to get the ball forward quickly (and not just a hump up front)

Before we start signing another 14 players who he doesnt know where to play them 

We wanted young quick hungry players who can keep the bench warm

What we need & what Moore wants will be 2 different things. 
 

For me, we need a GK! But there is no chance that’s ever going to happen. To find a keeper more calamitous than Dawson & Wildsmith was some doing. 
 

Holding Midfield. The most important really, think we all thought Adeniran was that sort of player but seems more box to box type than someone who will sit and protect. We have a crazy amount of CMs so ideally we need to move some on 

 

Experienced CB. May aswell send Gibson back, seeing as he’s out for a significant amount. Hutchinson can’t ever stay fit & Dunkley doesn’t seem fancied. We need some leadership at the back, not a fancy CB just someone who can be in control of the defence, a Loovens type.
