Loanees doing really well

Recommended Posts

Delighted for Dawson and Hunt, think valuable experience at a good level for them

Rather Dawodu be out playing competitively,  slightly disappointed at the level he’s gone to though , heard good stuff so expect him to be far too good for that league

Yes, Dawson & Hunt stand out right now as regulars in successful sides

Waldock too, with one defeat in 9 starts for Gainsborough

Galvin is a fixture in Gloucester's starting XI but they're struggling and sacked their manager the other week

Of the rest, Hagan can't get a game at Hampton & Richmond

That might be down to injury - he hasn't featured at all for a couple of weeks - but he'd only started one (cup) game

before then and made another four appearances off the bench

Brennan has missed the last couple of Notts Co games, injury?  Dunno

Jackson was doing great at Guiseley with 4 wins and 3 clean sheets from six games, but then he picked up an injury

and missed the last game.  Hope it's nothing serious

The other three - Dawodu, Farmer & Render - have barely got going, although their debuts all ended in defeat

Just hope they're given plenty of opportunities in the time spent away from S6

Good to hear, long overdue use of the loan system.

Fair to say, much though we criticise (correctly) Moore for his performance with the first team (his primary role), another example.of good work done to improve the club in other areas.

We seem to be improving off the pitch, in terms of our recruitment this summer and getting young lads out on loan to develop… it’s just on the pitch that’s the problem at the moment. Perhaps Moore is better equipped for a DoF type role rather than coaching? Or he needs better quality coaches around him?

hunt lost his place to giles coke and on the bench tonight ........

Think he must have got a knock in the previous match, as he was man of the match even though he got taken off after 64 minutes. Funnily enough Grimsby lost, still top though
