Being nice is a good thing to be though isn't it?

I mean it doesn't affect our assessment of the football served up currently, but its a good thing in itself?

I have no reason to doubt he is.

I am sure Alex Ferguson is a decent person as well but had the image of the 'hairdryer' during his early days at Man U that probably wouldn't be tolerated in modern football.
