Nearly all the best managers change formation/ style/ approach pretty regularly.

 

The idea that the only way to successful is to play the same team/ formation every game is hugely outdated.

I do agree he's changing things too much at the moment. So I am with you on that.

 

But I don't have an issue with adapting to the opposition per se. 

 

We just don't have the balance quite right at this moment in time.
