We have good players at this level and are playing too many of them out of position with a formation that suits players he is leaving out more. Putting square pegs in round holes was a big gripe in relation to previous managers, I had hoped Moore would move away from this. Plenty of the criticism is fair comment. Ipswich, Portsmouth, Charlton also have good players. All below us in the league. It’s tough down here. We were never going to sweep teams away. We are a big club and everyone wants to beat us. WalthamOwl Posted October 15, 2021 Share Posted October 15, 2021 I think Moore will be one of those managers that doesn’t win for say 3 or 4 games and then just as the pressure is cranking up he will get a lucky win to take off a little bit of pressure and then repeat that process.
