WEDNESDAY -V- OXFORD UNITED - omdt

Recommended Posts

Almost to a man on here we were delighted with our recruitment this summer.

Either the players are useless (possible) or the manager hasn't a clue (more than likely) but Moore stated he had the say on recruitment.

I'm one of DCs biggest critics and won't be sad to see the back of him but there's no doubt he's backed Moore far more than any of us thought he would.

He hasn't a clue what to do with Bannan.

Couldn't care less whether he's a likeable bloke or not ... this is down to the manager ... seen enough of him.

We get the runaround week in week out.

Pretty predictable. You start Bannan, you get the same old slow, pedestrian, predictable performances. He’s been a good player for us granted but he should’ve been moved on in the summer along with the rest of Carlos era.

Have you been watching?

You think Bannan is the problem today?

Only player finding space is Palmer.

We aren't good enough to pass our way up the pitch, but the system ensures that once we're forced to go long it invariably comes back

We dont have a ball winner to play a 4 in the middle and 4-3-3  isn't working. Only real option is to go 3-5-2. / 3-4--1-2

                        BPF

        Iorfa   Dunkley  Palmer

Patterson Wing Adeniran  Brown

                     Bannan

            Berahino   Gregory

If anyone defends that half of football they don't know anything about football. Disjointed all over the pitch. They are all over the place at the back, no existent midfield. No service to the strikers. Moore needs to change things at halftime. If he doesn't Oxford will win this at a canter.uto

TBH mate I'm coming round to that way of thinking.

He had already kicked off the rot at Doncaster when we paid a fee to get him in. One point in six matches.

We brought in a load of quick forwards, then at the last minute bought a slow ageing striker, then played him instead while we struggle for pace. While getting hammered by pace at the other end.
