Not answering my own Question but I posed this question 10 hours ago. That must be Jim McCalliog when we beat Burnley 7-0. The Everton game was the only one I could think of but I'm not sure it's correct. According to Keith Farnsworth's book Everton scored first but we quickly equalised only to be 1-5 down at the interval.
