We would be MUCH better without Bannan

We moan that players need to take responsibility and then that Bannan takes too much responsibility.

We need all the others to match Bannans work rate and desire. Wing could move about a bit, Palmer break into a sprint now and again when he gets caught out up the pitch. Stuff like that. Hunt and Brown would improve this straight away.

You did watch the game didn't you?

No mate I’m away but from what I gather we lost because;

Bannan was showboating because he closed the keeper down.

Dunkley was poor.

Hutchinson refused to play.

Bannan ignored Moore and demanded to take all set pieces.

The keeper was at fault again.

Bannan can’t tackle apart from one instance when he was the only one running back and decided to do some show boating.

Bannan only hit the bar when he should have scored.

There will be more

Can you do Wing, Adeniran, Shodipo, Johnson etc for us?

I'll do an assist/goal per x minutes:

                         Goal  /   Assist

Wing:            524.2    /   1048.4

Adeniran:    1147.5   /    2295   (he's only scored the 2 this season)

Shodipo:      316.2   /   1159.3

Johnson:    1295.2   /     647.6

Bannan:      1869.3  /      609.6

I didn't say he should or shouldn't do anything.

You said you had never seen Barry Bannan close the goalkeeper down from the halfway line before. I shared a video which showed him doing just that.

And as I pointed out he was closing the defender down firstly which took him into the opposites half therefore when he went to close the keeper he was well in the opposites half already

Now you can spend the rest of the evening trying to find some more footage , but thanks for that one because if you reply it it shows some amazing delivery’s from Bannan that proper forwards tuck away

Wing has scored 524 goals and assisted in 1048

Adeniran has had a remarkable season wiv his 1147 goals

Shodipo is really shoddy 10 games in and only scored 316..no wonder we aren't top

It's goal or assist per x minutes.

Wing scores every 524 minutes and has an assist every 1048 minutes.

Not for us, he's got no goals in 811 minutes, and 1 assist (against Newcastle's kids).

But that's probably Bannan's fault.

Everything's Bannan's fault.

Apparently he only renewed his contract on the understanding that he could design the away shirt.

I heard that Iorfa shouted to BPF "He's behind you" at Ipswich, but then Bannan yelled "Oh no he isn't"

"Free roamer"????

Give over fresh...I mean i can cope with the number 10 in the hole behind the holding whateverthef.ook!!...but you've invented yer own fookwhittery there

Darren Moore

Errr..i'm playing a "free roamer", slightly behind a roving number 10 in the hole...behind the underlapping left half"!!!!

F.ook me..it gets complicated

You know what I mean, someone who doesn’t have a defined position. Bannan doesn’t, he never really has, because he’s given that license to do his thing all over the pitch

Not us. We can’t cope when one of our players tries too hard and goes closing down. Instead of someone dropping in to cover they all have to stop in their positions and it leaves a gap.
Deary me.

That’s not bannans fault
