@owlstalk
Darren Moore : :"Saido had a knock on his calf in training. We knew we really risking him so we got him off. Shodipo and Adeniran have had injuries. I wanted to keep them on the pitch but we kept them for the games. We didn't want them to break down. They will get up to speed where they can complete 90 minutes" Owlstalk Shop
alanharper
Save them for the Mansfield pizza cup game, that competition could well be the highlight of our season.

Sefton owl
Managers get judged on results which, when you aren’t winning, can be largely influenced by making the correct substitutions. If we were winning then fair enough, but you don’t take off your better players when you’re chasing the game.
Animis
they all looked knackered after 70 mins - we need some endurance conditioning. We shouldn't be playing players who have knocks - it's too risky and suggests a lack of confidence in the squad player. 2

Palmer & Hunt were blowing with 15 minutes left, Hunt even gave the bench signal to come off, seemingly not realising that we had already made 3 subs. oneeyedmilkman
Can't argue with the subs coming off. Berahino looked shagged and had stopped going with the fullback. Shodipo didn't really have the yard he had 1st half. Only issue for me was who came on. We needed to go 442. Kambieri with Gregory and maybe Johnson on the left to put a decent ball in. There wasn't the space to try get behind them. I'm gutted we allowed the game to be close enough the officials could spoil it though. Ellis Rimmer
We have a big enough squad that we shouldn't need to be playing players who aren't fully fit in the first place
Shetland Owl
good decision, we have seen players rushed back by Monk and Pulis then out for months
S72 Owl
No complaints if they weren’t fully fit but all 3 subs made us worse.
