Most commercial printer suppliers work on these contracts.

No you're not, get another printer from another firm who actually gives one about their customer FFS.

On this topic, the Mrs ordered a foundation membership back in March and still not received her card.

 

Also noticed that it doesn't allow her to buy tickets at members sale period (not that we've needed to yet) despite the profile being loaded to her client ID.

 

Won £20 on the draw though so swings and roundabouts

What a sad indictment when we just think 'well it's SWFC and we accept it'.

Sorry but I don't accept pathetic excuses like 'the printers broke', it's 9 weeks since I ordered my granddaughters. 

Feels like another kick in the goolies for the fans from a club that apparently doesn't give one.
