Morecambe - V - Wednesday OMDT

Recommended Posts

Looking forward to seeing us play with 3 forwards in the front line at some point.

Moore is managing the squad and games superbly so far but feels like we are in 3rd gear and there’s

“More to combe”.. once we have more forwards starting and we are not so much playing with 5 midfielders and a lone striker.  UTO

The old Wednesday would lose this game. This is not the old Wednesday.

They will not score, they can't score. It is written.

We will either draw or win. It's that simple. Most likely a win.

We are at the top of the table, we are staying there.

( The new Wednesday optimism, enough of the pessimism, My glass isn't half empty, it runneth over)lol

Another challenge to test us? Would have taken a draw last week and really should win today? Is it the old Wednesday that turns up and rolls over at a little team/ground that wants it more or a new Wednesday that stands up to be counted we’ll see

I watched Morecambe earlier this season. They were strong, organised, and their striker, Stockton, was dangerous and scored. This will be a hard game for us.

We should hopefully have enough though.

We need to show respect to every team in this division (but not fear). Today I'd like us to be slightly more positive than at Rotherham.

Ideally 2/3-0 but I'd settle for 1-0 all day long.

My aim is for 28 wins and 7-10 draws this season. So far on track.

Great OMDT as ever M'Lud.

Hoping we continue with this season's resolute, determined mentality and don't crumble like an Indian middle order like we have for the last couple of years.

I'm going for a repeat of Rotherham - 2-0 Wednesday win - Kamberi and Gregory.
