Song for Lee Gregory

Recommended Posts

Don’t worry I expect the usual grief from this but here goes…

following in from its success in the summer our very own Sweet Caroline..

Where it began, I can't begin to knowing
But then I know it's growing strong
Was in the spring
And spring became the summer
Who'd have believed you'd come along

Hands, touching hands
Reaching out, touching me, touching you

Lee Gregory
Good times never seemed so good
I've been inclined
To believe they never would…

Rather than that Sweet Caroline song, I’d even prefer

2-4-6-8 who do we appreciate

GREGORY

Thought that one up all on my own and have decided to apply for job of Poet Laureate next time there’s a vacancy

How about the Beatles number, let it Be?

Let it Be..let it Be...scoring goals for Wednesday, Gregory.

Great minds, sorry -just saw your post.

Can't think what Gregory rhymes with?

Celery?

Beggary. Means a state of extreme poverty apparently.

We could base the song around possible events should DC decide not to pay him his wages.

Or not.
