Now need to get 2 or 3 of the kids out on loan and it will be a very good window.

Could we possible get Brennan, Hunt, Galvin, Hogan signed to longer deals first though, a good loan put them on the radar of other clubs and to capitalise you need them under contract.

They only signed one year contracts or had extensions exercised this summer. Don't think of the younger players are  contracted after this season.

Glenn Loovens aside, we don't have a very good track record with cloggies......hoping he's more Senegalese.

Gerald Sibon was a bit of a cult hero after we got relegated.  Brought his own fans, too.  Rubbish in the Premiership, obviously.   Miles better than his Belgian pal though.

Orando Trustfull was also actually pretty decent when he played.

Sibon very good player just always looked half a sleep remember him scoring a great goal from the edge of the box where he chip it up and volleyed it.

Trustfull could have been a great player but only stayed a season or so.

Didnt realised Wim Jonk played 70 games for us a player that got a lot of injuries, but played a lot more than the ones we have had since. A player you noticed when not playing, did a lot of the bits and piece work any good midfield needs.

Jonk was good his first season with us , after that didn’t seem bothered in his second when we were relegated and an early case of Abdiitus in the third.

Really impressed with this one.

Played nearly every game last season, at a better level than L1.

Can’t imagine he’ll be kept out by our current wingers.

It’s still not an amazing standard. let’s not forget our friend joey was captain at Heracles. Who usually finish around mid table.
