Premier League 21/22

Watford took 4 of their meagre 22 points from Utd as well

Wretched season for Utd

New manager has a ridiculous task to make them genuinely competitive again

Anyone going to sit there and tell us that Man U have a top side and it's all the manager's fault?

They are shocking. Some bang average footballers (for top flight football) and some talented primadonnas do not make a good side.

They need a huge clear out this summer.

Mad if anybody thinks this is anything but a really mediocre bunch of PL players

Mind boggling the sums they have spent to assemble this achingly average team

Yep.

The keeper is decent and Ronaldo will always bag goals.

Outside of that, can't think of a single player who could say they've had anything but an average to very poor season.

It's the attitude too - they are shocking. There's no fight, they just blame each other and throw the towel in.

People make comparisons with Liverpool in the 90s and during periods in the 00s, but I don't think it ever got this bad.

How dare Tottenham not leave themselves open to get battered by Liverpool?

Liverpool were lucky to get a point. I would have loved had Spurs won.

It will make me sound bitter, but I for one would be delighted if Liverpool didn't win another trophy this season.

You're certainly not alone, I loathe them and their arrogant plastic fan brigade with a passion.

It doesn't feel right rooting for billionaire's plaything Man City every week, but I do so purely because they're the only side that can stop Liverpool. Watch them slip up today at home to Newcastle now...

I don't get why people so slavishly dissect the comments of the worlds most successful managers tbh

Of course they're bad losers

It's what makes them winners

We could hold a ballot on here and randomly select any 3 Owlstalkers and they'd be able to tear this Leeds defence to shreds

It has to be seen to be believed

Leeds 2 down, Everton drawing now. Leeds out of bottom 3 at the moment.

I'm torn, I'd like to see Everton go down for the novelty, but obviously I'd like Leeds to go down. Its a win win as long as Burnley survive I suppose.

Leeds back in bottom 3, 2-0 down and had their main defender sent off...

Their goal difference is worth a point to Everton and Burnley also

Yeah I’ve moved fully on to the Leeds down bandwagon now, having previously wanted Everton to drop.

Get down ya scrubbers.

Controversial as a Wednesday fan but I’m not really offended by Leeds tbh, I reserve all my loathing for Sheffield United

I’m wanting Everton to drop but I don’t think it’ll happen now

Huge win for them today.

Leeds are the out of form side now and games are running out.

Yes, psychologically it's all changed for Leeds today.

They're in the bottom three for the first time.

The pressure will be unbearable, and Yorkshire Television will be in despair.

Everton will cheat the drop - they always do.

It's between Leeds and Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrnley now.

Let's hope that Burnley's experience in these situations will see them over the line.
